Part of the force at Tupelo Cotton Mills

Lucien Kendrick (listed as Luceon Kendreck) was my father. Am not sure which one he is but the third from left on the front row looks like him and also the taller (8th one on first row with his arms folded and shoes on his feet) looks like him. However he was born in April 1899 so the taller one looks older than 12. Does anyone know which child is him?
